Switching to mode 'Position Control' is currently not possible

Our team is having issues with switching to position flight mode. Whenever we attempt to switch, QCG gives the error “Switching to mode ‘Position control’ is currently not possible, check for a valid position estimate.”

We are trying to understand what check for a valid position estimate means, but we have not figured it out. Our FCM, VIO, and FUSION modules are all green, so we are not sure what is wrong.

We had this same problem when our ZED camera wasn’t connected. Is Fusion kicking out any errors when you run the script?

also as far as I know the USBC cable only works if you have it in the correct orientation so just keep that in mind

Forgot to update this, but my recent post about solving the FCM not having NED position data also fixed this problem.
