After installing QGroundControl and accessing the firmware screen in Vehicle Setup, we tried plugging in the flight controller. In the competition documentation, it says there should be a pop-up when we do this, however, the computer does not seem to detect it. There is no sign of it in Device Manager on Windows 10, either. We have tried toggling on or off for the Firmware Update mode on the AC, using different computers, different Micro-USB cables, making sure the cables we are using transmit data, and making sure we access the screen prior to plugging in the FC… but nothing has worked. Just want to check, the FC was reciving power correct? (the lights on top lit up)
