ZED Mini Camera Issues

Hi there!

Up until recently, our ZED Mini Camera has been working flawlessly (2022 kit), however as of late, the LED no longer lights up, and it is not detected during VMC startup. I have access to both a different cable and a different Zed Mini camera, however trying either had no result. The PCC USB connection works flawlessly, and connecting the camera to a laptop did not turn on the light either, which seems to indicated it is not a USB power issue.

Please advise on how to proceed, as I have exhausted all the troubleshooting steps that I know, and have no clue as to how to proceed.

ZED Cameras require their special ZED data transfer micro usb cable for it to work properly. Did you replace the cable with that specifically or just another micro usb cable?

ohhhh ok… I wont lie thats pretty dumb, considering it uses a USB-C port instead of some proprietary cable, so it isnt hard to assume any usbc-a cable would work. oh well… Thank you so much!

My bad I mixed up micro USB and USB C. Everything else I said stands.
