During our first competition we saw one or two teams use wireless connections other then the sphero app on the RVR. Rule 8.2.4 says “Teams & vehicles may only use the following forms of wireless communication:” and on C. it says “Bluetooth between the RVR Fire Truck and a Drive Team Member’s laptop or mobile device.”. According to this rule, the only connection you can have with the Rover is through the sphero app, but because other teams competed with multiple connections, we wanted to make sure that we can use wireless connections other than the sphero app when it comes to the RVR at championships?

@QuentinT you may use another wireless connection and are not limited to the Sphero App on a iOS or Android device. thank you for requesting clarification.
