Our team was wondering if we were allowed to use something other than Sphero EDU to control the RVR.
I’m not sure for certain, one of the people who helped write the game rules can confirm, but I believe you can use anything you want. However, I’m not aware of any other software development tools for the RVR other than the official app from Sphero.
No concerns from a rules standpoint, as long as no other rules are violated, specifically 8.2.3.
