Is adding a Arduino with a Bluetooth module and a few other compunets to the rvr allowed?

I was wondering if I could use a Arduino and if so can I add a Arduino compatible speaker and led lights to the RVR. Also can I add a Bluetooth module so i can control the Arduino remotely.

It is ok to add that Arduino as a feature (and adding LEDs sounds really cool).

8.3.4 " There are no material restrictions on additional mechanisms or accessories added to the AVR Drone, Tello Drone, RVR Fire Truck, or Sphero First Responders, provided that no other rules are violated."

I was also wondering if using a Bluetooth module for the Arduino if it would break rule 8.2.3?
