For the rvr can we put a motor on the rvr to make the ‘survivors’ get off the bet that we catch them in.

Is adding a Arduino with a Bluetooth module and a few other compunets to the rvr allowed?

This clause in the Bell AVR 23’ Rule Book declares motor attachments are allowed.
8.3.4 “There are no material restrictions on additional mechanisms or accessories added to the AVR Drone, Tello Drone, RVR Fire Truck, or Sphero First Responders, provided that no other rules are violated.”
