Are we allowed to modify or add things to the avr gui. We wanted to add some custom information for our water dropper.

From a technical standpoint, absolutely no issues.
@Grant_Cox can clarify from a rules standpoint.
No concerns from a rules standpoint, as long as no other rules are violated.
