Motors Not Spinning

We are using our drone from last year, but when we went to arm the motors, they wouldn’t spin, and QGroundControl does not give an error code. Based on previous threads, I believe the issue is our FC to ESC wiring. I checked all the wiring, and it seems sound.
Does this mean we should look into replacing our FC and/or ESC? Any help would be appreciated.

Dose the motors spin while using qground?

No, they do not spin on QGroundControl or using the remote.

If it flew last season and now it won’t that is definitely concerning. The first thing that comes to mind when trying to arm with the remote is make sure your remote settings did not get changed:

When you try to arm in QGC are you powered via battery and are you connected over Wifi or USB cable?

I made sure the controller settings were unchanged, and they match the picture from the Build Guide.

We have tried to power the drone using USB and battery, neither work.
