Hello! My name´s Xavier Rodriguez and my team and I were wondering whether we are supposed to create a completely new drone for the competetition or if we could use one from a previous year. I would recommend reading the Game Manual, specifically Section 8. I cannot fully and accurately answer your question given the amount of detail you provided in this post.
8.2 provides the rules as well as a list of legal electronic control components. While 8.3 details what is required on the hardware side of things. If you thoroughly review section 8, and still have questions, please feel free to come back here and ask about the specifics.
