In the “AVR Drone Recon Actions” & “Tello Drone Recon Action” of Section 5.2.2, it says that the recon path will be determined by “the team.” I’m assuming this means the referees but I just wanted some clarification on it.

As stated in 5.2.2 (b) the team is to “Execute a Recon Path (with a pathway determined by the team)” so it is the students who decide what pathway they want to take to get the AVR Drone to fly over the top of the City Building #1 and the Tello Drone to fly over the School Building for the parachute drop. Figure 13 illustrates potential pathways, but the intent is for the team to figure out whatever path they think is best.
