Are we allowed to use ESPNow or a similar 2.4ghz communication protocol to control the ESP32 for dropping the smokejumper from the Tello?
@uptimefpv sorry for the late response here. Yes the ESPNow is an acceptable platform for the this use case. Can you provide a list of other 2.4ghz platform you were considering?
