Issues with Tello connection

Our team has had issues with Tello wireless connection since last season, we have consistently faced the issue of our tello disconnecting from our computer/phone at unexpected times, and can then only be reconnected manually. Has anyone else had this issue? Any pointers?

Any chance you may have multiple computers or devices trying to connect to Tello? I know this has caused us problems at times. Also, what firmware version are you running? Make sure you’re on the latest which you can update within settings of the Tello app.
