Autonomous Delivery Verification

How will the auton referee verify that the apriltag was correctly detected during an autonomous delivery action? (Item #2 on the criteria list) Edit: another question on this. We don’t see anything in the rules regarding hands being off the controls during autonomous delivery. Is this a correct interpretation?
