Can we use the same sphero first responder to knock of each of the people or do they need to be different first responders?

You will NOT receive points for the following action: Two (2) Sphero First Responder(s) landing and unloading on remaining Residential Buildings
You WILL receive points for the following action: “Stranded People launching off the Fire Escape Platform”
