# Can we use an intermediate controller inbetween VMC or PCC and potential Addons

Hi there, we wanted to know if we could use an intermediate controller to control a motor, that lies inbetween the motor and the VMC or PCC

I don’t believe this is forbidden by the game rules, but there is no software support for something like this.
